Our backdrops are made from durable 14 oz heavy-duty vinyl and are available in standard sizes: 5x5, 6x6, 7x7 or 8x8. If you require a different size, please reach out to us for a custom quote.
To get started:
- Select a size.
- Pick a finishing.
- Provide a name, age, theme, colors and date of event.
Turnaround Time:
Once your backdrop design is approved, we will ship out for you to receive within 2-3 business days. Please Note there is not option for weekend deliveries. Enjoy free shipping on all backdrop orders.
Shipping Poilcy:
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or delayed items once the backdrop has shipped. If you experience any shipping issues, please contat the carrier directly. A tracking number and carrier contact information will be provided once your backdrop ships.
Return Policy:
As all items are custom made or personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once an order is placed and production has begun and materials has been ordered cancellations are no longer possible.
