Once your order has shipped, we cannot be responsible for any delays or lost packages. Any issues related to shipment delays or lost items should be addressed with the carrier. We will provide you with a tracking number and the carrier's contact information upon shipment.
 
Returns
As all items in our store are custom-made or personalized to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
 
Cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed and production has commenced (or supplies have been ordered).
